Rafael Vargas
Rafael, also a partner of Parangon Partners, specialises in banking as his key focus area, along with the sectors of Telecommunications, Computing, Transport and Consumption.
His professional career has revolved around banking, a sector which he has extensive knowledge of thanks to his experience as Managing Director at the Bank of America where he was responsible for several finance areas and which he represented at all levels.
Since 1997 he has centred on executive search, an area in which he is well versed thanks to his link as a partner of AZ Consultores and Grupo TMP/Highland, now Parangon Partners.
He has a degree in Economics and Business from the Complutense University of Madrid.
